Virtual annual general meeting
Oct. 14, 2024 at 10 a.m.
We had to cancel the annual general meeting scheduled for on Monday May 5, 2025.
The AGM will be part of our previously scheduled general members meeting on Oct. 14, 2025
Agenda and supporting documents will be posted by mid September, but will include:
- Guest speaker from belairdirect.
- Board and office update
- Board elections
We will discuss and vote on the 2024 financial statements, the 2024 audit, and the 2025 budget.
Updates for Ontario region and national Association will be provided.
Please note we currently have needs at the following positions:
President: Vacant
Vice-president: Vacant
Secretary: Vacant
Director membership: Jim Molnar doing the job now, but we need a successor.
Directors: Need two or three new members to replace those who have left since COVID-19.
