Greetings from the National Association of Federal Retirees! On March 25, 2024, the Ottawa Valley Branch held its 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) at the Carleton Place Canoe Club. Unfortunately, there were not enough members in attendance to reach a quorum. Therefore, no official business could be conducted, and the AGM will need to be postponed to a future date.

We asked the members who were present for suggestions on how to improve attendance at meetings. It was agreed that an online AGM might have better chances of achieving quorum.
We will contact you with information on the postponed AGM once a new date has been determined.
