Eastern Manitoba 2026 Spring Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of the Eastern Manitoba Branch was held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 in the Pinawa Alliance Church. A light lunch was followed by a guest speaker and then a branch business meeting.

Draft minutes of the meeting are available.

The guest speaker at this meeting was Jenna Semenko presenting on the topic: “Seniors’ Oral Health”.

 

Eastern Manitoba 2025 Fall General Meeting

The annual general meeting of the Eastern Manitoba Branch was held on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025 in the Pinawa Alliance Church. A light lunch was followed by two guest speakers and then a brief branch update.

Approved minutes of the meeting are available.

The guest speakers at this meeting were Kathy Picard and Kristen Ticknor Kathy led those at the meeting in some basic exercises for seniors.  Kristen gave her presentation on the topic: “The Importance of  Nutrition as we age

Eastern Manitoba 2025 Spring Annual General Meeting

The guest speakers at this meeting were from Arbor Memorial presenting on  “87 Decisions: A list of things that need to be done immediately after someone dies.

Eastern Manitoba 2024 Fall General Meeting

The guest speaker at this meeting was Lisa Kroeker, a nurse practitioner at Pinawa Cancer Care, on the topic: “Hope — Recent advances in cancer treatment“.
