Quinte Branch bylaws serve as the guidelines for our branch, allowing it to function efficiently while maintaining required frameworks. Our bylaws define the structure of the branch board, set rules for nominations and elections, outline procedures for meetings, including quorums, establish procedures for ad hoc committees, and specify financial administration requirements.

The Quinte Branch Strategic Plan is an evergreen plan that is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect progress and ensure its relevance in a constantly changing environment. This document is used by the Quinte board of directors to guide its actions and ensure alignment to national priorities and branch member needs.
