You are cordially invited to the annual general meeting of the National Association of Federal Retirees to elect and confirm the next board of directors to be held on Tuesday, April 28, at the newly renovated DoubleTree Hotel (formerly Ambassador Hotel), doors will open at 11 a.m.
If you have not already received the email outlining the election procedures, it will be sent to you shortly. Please note that this meeting is for members only. The cost to attend is $30 per member.
Menu choices:
- Slow-roast pot roast with red wine and shallot reduction.
- Grilled chicken breast with port and mushroom demi.
- Both served with garlic-infused whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
- Vegetarian butternut squash ravioli
- New York Cheesecake
Please note gluten-free options are available for all lunch and dessert choices.
Please confirm your meal choice no later than Thursday, April 9, as changes cannot be accommodated after this date. If you require a gluten-free option, have allergies or require certain accommodations, please indicate this with your RSVP.
Please note, handicap accessibility is at the rear of the building with drop off only and no rear parking. Everyone is welcome to enter at the rear of the building with direct access to the meeting room. You may also enter at the front door of the hotel and make your way to the meeting room, following the signs.
