You will need your membership number, then follow the instructions here.

a.Login to the Federal Retirees Website 
b. Once logged in, on the left side of the menu, click on
"My member benefits."
c. From "My Member Benefits", click on "start saving now"
to download the PDF with the Preferred Partner codes.
