Nova Scotia Central

Dear Members,

I would like to welcome you to National Association of Federal Retirees, Nova Scotia Central Branch webpage. Here you will find information about our branch and our upcoming events.  Now that you are here, I invite you to learn about Federal Retirees' advocacy priorities, strategic plan, history as well as our membership benefits (preferred partners).

As we move forward together, your board of directors is excited to focus on three key pillars: Innovation, advocacy, and responsiveness. We are in a time of great opportunity and believe with fresh ideas and collaborative spirit, we can reimagine how our branch supports its members and creates value for the broader community.

Innovation will be at the heart of our efforts.  We aim to introduce new programs, tools, and opportunities that reflect the evolving needs of our membership to ensure every member finds something meaningful.

Advocacy remains a cornerstone of our mission. We will continue to champion the interests of our members at every level, making sure your voices are heard.

Responsiveness to our members is very important. We pledge to listen actively, engage and take meaningful action based on your feedback. We encourage you to share your ideas, concerns and aspirations freely. Your input will help shape the direction of our branch.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce that new and engaging events are being planned, with the goal  to connect, inspire and energize our community. We are committed to making our branch not only a hub of activity but also a welcoming space for collaboration and growth.

I look forward to hearing from each of you as we build a stronger and vibrant branch. Let’s move forward together with purpose and passion.

Sincerely,

Paul McCabe
