Western Manitoba Branch General Meeting and Recruitment

Our fall branch meeting will have a new format! The branch will be honouring the winner of the National Association of Federal Retirees Volunteer Award. Our own Terry Gunnlaugson received this prestigious award at the Awards Ceremony held during the Annual Member’s Meeting in Ottawa, June 18, 2025. We intend to hold a brief business meeting, followed by our own celebration to honour Terry's winning nomination. We will be serving spirits and light snacks. We hope you will join us to congratulate Terry at this social occasion.

Presentations

Glenn Amstrong, Advocacy Program Officer for Manitoba, will be joining us and will provide advocacy updates from National Office and other information relevant to members’ pensions, medical, dental and travel insurance.
