Presentation of budgets and election of officers. If you want to be nominated or want to nominate someone else to join and serve on the board of directors, the nomination(s) must be submitted in writing ahead of time. Nominations “from the floor” are not permitted as per branch bylaws.

A complimentary light lunch will be provided after the meeting.

There is ample free onsite parking.

In lieu of the 50-50 draw, a donation box to support less fortunate families at Christmas will be available.
