Whenever you move, change your phone number or get a new email address, it's important to keep the Association up to date with the new information. You may be missing important news about events, branch and national breaking news and preferred partners offerings. And of course, we can't send you the quarterly Sage magazine.
Timely messages can be sent by email, so ensure your email address is up-to-date. Also, if you have recently moved or not receiving the Sage magazine, send your name, street address and phone number to: NARF73@outlook.com and in the subject line of your email write “Member Info-Update Required” to ensure it is delivered as intended. We will take care of updating your information.

If you have established a login account with us, you can login to your account on our national website at www.federalretirees.ca and update your contact information there:
- Click on "Login" near the top right corner then enter your membership number and password.
- You can enter or change your email address, phone numbers, and other information on the "My Profile" page
- You can go to "My Addresses" click the Edit button located top right of page and enter your mailing address there
- You can go to "My Communications Preferences" to establish what information you are interested in from your Association, and how you would like to receive that information.
