We will be serving coffee starting at 9:00 a.m.
Members wishing to attend must register by sending an email confirming their attendance and menu choice to the following address: activites.anrf.mauricie@gmail.com
A free hot meal will be served, with a choice of chicken skewers or marinated steak. If you are vegetarian or have a food intolerance, please contact us.
Door prizes will be drawn from among the members present at the meeting.
To expedite the meeting, all registered members will receive in advance the documents that must be approved at this AGM. This will allow you to ask questions and get answers. The meeting agenda is attached.
Activity - Recruitment: Do you know someone interested in joining our Association? Invite them to join us. Ms. Jacynthe Trudel, Membership Coordinator, will be there to answer her questions and help her fill out the form.
