The last time we comprehensively surveyed our membership in 2016, we received 16,604 responses! This incredible level of engagement and feedback has helped Federal Retirees to be more responsive to your evolving needs as members, to track your opinions about important issues over time and to guide our advocacy work.
We’ve hired Abacus Data to independently conduct the 2020 version of this survey on our behalf. Together, the Abacus Data team has more than 45 years of combined research and consulting experience working with organizations to design and carry out research projects.
Members will be receiving an email from Abacus Data (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject line: Federal Retirees 2020 Membership Engagement Survey starting on March 2, 2020. If you don’t receive it, please check your email junk and trash folders in case your spam filter has intercepted it. The email will contain a secure link to activate the survey. Please be sure to respond no later than April 3, 2020. We estimate that it will take 15 to 20 minutes of your time to complete the survey, but if you get interrupted for any reason, you may pause the survey and return to complete it at another time.
We hope to exceed the number of respondents from 2016 and have set 20,200 responses as our goal. As an added incentive to complete the 2020 survey, we have a few prizes lined up. Twenty members who complete the survey will win $20 gift cards and one lucky respondent will take home the grand prize — a $2020 pre-paid credit card!
