Annual General Meeting

An agenda will be posted in advance of the meeting: however, it will be limited due to the Zoom format. Agenda items will include: 1. Review of Year End Financials for 2019 & 2020 2. Presentation of 2021 & 2022 Proposed Budgets 3. Election of Directors for 2021 – 2023 4. Appointment of an Auditor 5. Motion regarding Branch Reserves Anyone wishing to put their name forward for election to the Board can do so by contacting any Board Member or by sending an email to nafrcalg@telus.net
